This is the area of the NAID-Europe website where Consumer Alerts and Ethical Sanctions are posted. All members are afforded "due process" as described in the Complaint Resolution Guidelines.

Company Search: Only lists firms which have outstanding sanctions or misleading information that must be corrected.

Location Search: Lists locations where there is a secure destruction operation with outstanding NAID sanctions or misleading information to correct.

Note: Only sanctions on matters resolved after 1 December 2007 are posted here. The duration of corrections and sanctions posted here is determined by the duration and exposure of the misleading claim and/or the extent of the damage resulting from the incident that led to the sanctions being issued.
